Description:
Blonde H&B Louisville Slugger 1979 All-Star Game pro model bat used by Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt at the Midsummer Classic in Seattle. The bat's player brand is stamped "1979 ALL STAR GAME MIKE SCHMIDT SEATTLE WASH" and measures 27.8 oz and 34.75" matching factory records. It exhibits typical single game event light use evidence with light ball and surface stitch marks across the barrel. Mike, who collected two hits in the game, has autographed the barrel in black sharpie adding "1979 All Star Gm". Overall this extremely rare All-Star Game specimen earns a final perfect grade of 10. |
